Norma Jean Banks Uli Browning, 78, of Mount Pleasant died Tuesday, August 7, 2012. 

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, August 10, 2012 at Rose Hill Cemetery in Pittsburg with Bro. Mike Cline and Leon McDowell officiating. 

Honorary pallbearers are Phil Scudder, Randy Hargrove, Cameron Uli, Rick Dye, Jr., Willie Holman, Jr., Bradley Holman, John Sepulvado, Justin Hargrove, Josh Dye, and Luke Watson. 

Arrangements are under the direction of Erman Smith Funeral Home.

Mrs. Browning was born October 13, 1933 in Pittsburg to Robert Ferrell Banks and Gifty Lorene Fleming Banks. She was Catholic and self employed for 40+ years as a hair dresser in Shreveport, La.

She is survived by Ronald Moulton, John Moulton and wife Cindy of Houston, Paula Uli of Shreveport, La., Theresa Holman of Shreveport, La., David Uli of Boise, Idaho, Katy Uli Samaha and husband Devin of Orange County, Calif., Lori Uli Watson of Shreveport, La., special nephew and nieces, Phil and Jennifer Scudder, Sandra and Randy Hargrove, and Cheryl Doss Young, all of Mount Pleasant, 21 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and sister Martha Sue McDowell and husband Leon of Texarkana.

She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings.
