Funeral services for Brenda Gayle Conner, age 57, of Jefferson, will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 18, 2009 at the North Shore Baptist Church with Rev. Dennis Whatley officiating. 

Graveside services will be held at 4:00 p.m. at Rose Hill Cemetery in Pittsburg under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home of Jefferson. Visitation will be held Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Conner died Monday, December 14, 2009 in Jefferson, Texas. She was born January 18, 1952 in Vernon, Texas, the daughter of Howard & Juanita Cook Adams.

Brenda was a member of the North Shore Baptist Church, the Ladies Auxiliary at the church. She loved taking care of her dogs, fishing & spending time with her friends & family. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include: Her children: Eddy Jones of Jacksonville, FL, Christine Griffith & husband Granval of Pittsburg, TX, Gayle Armstrong of Pittsburg, TX, & Cory Jones of Jacksonville, FL; brother; J.D. Freudiger & wife Maxine of Winnsboro, TX., grandchildren: Brett, Blain, Chase, Brandon, Blake, Amber, Ashley, Amanda, Kelsey, Brittany, Paige & Courtney, two great-grandchildren: Trinity & Tesah, numerous other family members & a host of friends.

Pallbearers: Brett Perry, Blain Wheeler, Chase Armstrong, Wayne Ritter, Granval Griffith, Terry Freudiger & Jerry Freudinger.
