Derrick, William "Bill"

PITTSBURG - Services for William 'Bill' Derrick, 85, of 
Pittsburg, will be at 2 p.m. Friday, February 29, 2008, 
at Erman Smith Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Neal 
Reynolds officiating. Interment will be in Rose Hill 
Cemetery. Mr. Derrick died February 25, 2008, in Tyler.

Born February 6, 1923, in Mount Pleasant, he was a U.S. 
Army veteran, having served during World War II, farmer, 
cattleman and Camp County retiree. 

Survivors include his son, Clifton Derrick; daughter, 
Ruby Seale; brother, Murrel Derrick; and sisters, Helen 
Beard and Gert Johnson. 
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral 
home.
