BOLTON CEMETERY - CAMP COUNTY

PITTSBURG – Ruthie Mae Grant, 84, died Tuesday, August 23, 2011 in 
Tyler. Services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, August 27, 2011 at 
Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Thomas (Private Service). 
Interment will follow in Bolton Cemetery.

Miss Grant was born March 19, 1927 in Pittsburg to Ellen Grant and 
Charles Grant. She was a retiree of Pilgrim Industry. She was a member 
of Faith Tabernacle Church of God in Christ.

She is survived by a grandson, Byron Keith Thomas of Pittsburg; two 
great-grandsons, Christopher Stoker of Longview, Markevian Thomas of 
Pittsburg; a brother, O.C. Grant of Dallas; and a host of nieces, 
nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Georgia Cheatum; and five 
brothers, Len G. Grant, Albert Grant, J.W. Grant, L.B. Grant, and 
O.B. Grant.
