CAMP COUNTY - CROSSROADS CEMETERY Randy Green, age 61, of Pittsburg, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2016 in Dallas, following a heroic battle with leukemia. Randy was born April 12, 1955 in Dallas to James Ervin Green and Bonnie Faye Blair Green. Randy was a fixture in the Pittsburg area. He was well known and liked for his warm personality and his unfaltering ability to go out of his way to help others. Randy spent over 33 years working at the service center of Burgdorf and later Faulkner Chevrolet in Pittsburg. Randy always had a passion for cars, which transitioned seamlessly into his job at Faulkner Chevrolet. Apart from his passion for automotive work; Randy loved his family. He treasured the time he spent with them above all things. Randy was a devout Christian and was a member of the Mission Church in Mt. Pleasant. Randy is survived by his son: Brandon Green of Joshua, Texas; three grandchildren: Cason Green, Makayla Green, and Hanna Green; three brothers: Larry Green of Mt. Pleasant, Roy Green of Pittsburg, and Jimmy Green also of Pittsburg; along with numerous nieces and nephews and a host of dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: James Ervin Green and Bonnie Faye Blair Green. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 25, at the funeral home with Bros. Eric Lynch and Larry Green officiating. Burial will follow at Crossroads Cemetery in Camp County. Pallbearers will be Tommy Green, Danny Green, Brian Green, J.T. Self, Steven Green, and James Green.
