Services for Rev. A.C. Harris, 84, of Pittsburg, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, December 23, 2006, at Myrtle Springs CME Church in Leesburg, with the Rev. Jane Mack Nickleberry officiating. Interment will follow in Bolton Cemetery. Arrangements are by Johnson Funeral Home. 

Rev. Harris was born January 16, 1922, in Gilmer, and he died December 19, 2006, in Longview. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, and longtime minister of Myrtle Springs CME Church. 

Survivors include his wife, Artie Mae Harris; daughters, Roe Jean Bingham, Carolyn Alford, Alice Scott, and Cassie Finch; and sons, Willie M. Harris, John Mark Harris, Billie W. Harris, Danny B. Harris, and Lee M. Harris.
