Mrs. Lunsford was born in Tyler to Howard and Elizabeth Kindsfather Attaway. 

She graduated with a bachelor degree in nursing from Texas A & M in 1979, and was a member if the Eastern Star chapter 450 of Snyder.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Susan Leann Bello; and her parents, Howard and Elizabeth Kindsfather Attaway.
