CAMP COUNTY - MAPLE SPRINGS CEMETERY


Funeral Services for Mrs. Rhoda Elizabeth Parker, who died Monday April 22, at her home in Dallas, were held at 10:00 o'clock Wednesday morning in a Dallas Funeral home with Rev. C.E. Jackson officiating. A second service was held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Maple Springs Church with Rev. Thomas Ables and Rev. C.E. Jackson officiating. Burial was at Maple Springs Cemetery. 

Mrs. Parker was born April 3, 1884 in Pittsburg, Texas. 

Survivors include three sons. Wilbur Parker of Dallas, Billy Parker of Los Angeles, Ca. and Robert Parker of Salt Lake City, Utah, Three daughters, Mrs. H.S. Serivner of Dallas, Mrs. Paul Cole of Midland and Mrs. W.F. Kerley of Oklahoma City, a sister, Mrs. Annie Laura Knight Comer of Winnsboro, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Rhoda Elizabeth Parker was the daughter of James J. Knight and Laura Johnson Knight.
