PITTSBURG - Services for Earl E. Sayles, 93, of Pittsburg, will be 2 p.m. Sunday, May 1, 2011, at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Charles Thomas officiating.
 
Interment will be in Wilkes Cemetery in Pittsburg. Mr. Sayles died April 27, 2011, in Pittsburg.

Born July 2, 1917, in Pittsburg, he served in the U.S. Army during World War II, was a retired farmer and a member of Independent Hope Baptist Church in Pittsburg.
