Ms. Wiggins was born January 10, 1919 in Linden, TX to Tom and Celia (Dudley) Swinford.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Buster Wiggins; one sister and brother-in-law, Jo Ellen and Hugh Whatley and infant sister, Bonnie Dee.
