HENRIETTA Texas - Elmer
"Dub" Helm, 83 of Petrolia, Texas, died Monday, April
1995 in a Henrietta hospital.
Services will be at 10:30
am Wed. at First Baptist Church of Petrolia. Burial will
be in Petrolia Cemetery under the direction of Davis Funeral
Home.
Mr. Helm was born July
17, 1911 in Weatherford, Texas. He had lived in Petrolia
since 1933. He and Willie Mayo were married Dec. 9, 1933
in Walters, Oklahoma. He worked for Lone Star Gas for 36 years
before retiring He was a Baptist.
Survivors include his
wife, a son, Phillip or Petrolia, a daughter, Barbara Dillard
of Petrolia, three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made
to the Petrolia Cemetery Association or Petrolia Volunteer Fire
Department.
