Cottie Hall Marshall, born 29 January 1886 (and raised) in Henrietta,
Clay County, Texas. Son of William Franklin Marshall and Caroline
(Hall) Marshall. Cottie purchased land in Weslaco, Hidalgo County,
Texas. He moved there around 1914 with his wife, Bessie Mae (Zastrow)
Marshall. Cottie died on 28 July 1951 in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.
