Hezekiah McLemore Risher was the son of Hezekiah Salmon Risher and
Mary Elizabeth McLemore--born 31 Dec 1852 in Jasper Co Mississippi died
21 March 1919, buried Union Cemetery,Gustine, Comanche County, TX. He
married Frances J Bolton in Comanche Co TX 16 May 1867.She was born 1
May 1852 in MS and died 30 April 1908 near Ackerly, Dawson County, TX.
They are in the 1880 census for Cherokee County, TX.
In 1886 Hezekiah M. Risher paid taxes on 110 acres (abstract
#453 James Hamilton Survey) adjacent to his father Hezekiah S.
(abstract # 164 N J Chapell survey) in Gustine,Comanche County, TX.
The 1900 Comanche Co Tx census lists Frances as the mother of 7
children, 4 living - known children are
