Feltenberger   We whose names are written below for the purpose of the worship of God, mutual strength and comfort....believing the doctrines and government of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church to be in according to the Scriptures....being in the bounds of the Red Oak Presbytery, we agree to become a part of said Presbytery according to the regulations and rules of said church. White supply said Church with preaching once a month for the next Presbyterian year agreeing to pay him seventy-five dollars for his ministerial service....accepted by Bro. White."
