Obituary Dr. W. B. Wallace Contributed by Jean Caddel   Vol. XVII, pp. 43-44, Mrs. A. B. Feltenberger's Histories. Ellis County Mirror, Dec. 1896 Dr. W. B. Wallace died Dec. 17, 1896 at the home of his son, J. K. Wallace.  Dr. Wallace was born in Putman Co. Ga. in 1821, practicing medicine in that state in his early manhood.  In 1856 he moved to Trenton, La. where he practiced medicine successfully for thirty years.  In 1885 he moved to Texas with his youngest son.  He was buried in the family burying ground  of the late J.
