Longview - White Spot of America

LONGVIEW NEWS CO., Publishers
Grady Shipp, Managing Editor

March, 1939        Vol. 1, No. 1

"LONGVIEW" makes its official "bow" to the Chamber of Commerce membership, with this the March issue. Its purpose is to be informative - a report of the activities of your officers, committeemen and directors, and a history of Longview's progress.

Since "LONGVIEW" is to be a magazine for all the Chamber of Commerce membership, all members are invited to submit material from time to time that will be of interest to others - and that includes suggestions, criticism of a constructive nature and comment in general. Only requirement is that material must be signed, as nothing of on ononymous nature will be accepted, but your name need not necessarily be printed if you request otherwise.

"LONGVIEW" is published monthly by the Longview Chamber of Commerce at Longview, Tex., for the benefit of the city at large and distributed free to members. Offices at 207 E. Methvin. Telephone No. 740.
