Billie F. Armstrong

Services for Billie Frances Armstrong, 95, of Longview will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at 
Welch Funeral Home with the Rev. Wayne Sweat officiating.

Burial will be in Grace Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Armstrong died Wednesday night in a Longview hospital. 

She was a retired florist and homemaker and member of the First Cumberland Presbyterian 
Church. She had been a  resident of Longview for 20 years, moving from Arkansas, and 
operated a flower shop in San Antonio.

Survivors include her husband, J.B.; daughter, Norma Amick of West Palm Beach, Fla; 
and many nieces and nephews.
