Services for Linda L. Ayo, 60, of Longview, formerly of 
Houston, will be 10 a.m. Monday, January 22, 2007, at 
Welch Funeral Home Garden Court at 4619 Judson Road, with 
the Rev. Carol Petty officiating. Burial will be in Forest 
Park Lawndale Cemetery of Houston. Ms. Ayo was born 
January 11, 1947, in Houston, and she died January 18, 2007, 
at a local medical center. She was an assistant to the 
director of Sabine Valley MHMR. Survivors include her sons, 
Weldon T. Boykin Jr. and Timothy Wayne Boykin; and mother,

Ms. Ayo passed away Thursday, January 18, 2007, at a local 
medical center. Ms. Ayo was born January 11, 1947, in Houston, 
Texas, to Angelo Charles and Mary Lew Ayo. She had been a 
resident of Longview since 1996, coming from Houston. Ms. Ayo 
began working at Sabine Valley MHMR on March 22, 1999, as an 
assistant to the director. She was preceded in death by her 
brother, Charles, in 1988. Ms. Ayo is survived by two sons, 
Weldon T. Boykin, Jr. and Timothy Wayne Boykin, both of Austin; 
and her mother, Mary Lew Pierce of Longview. An online registry
