Madge Bailey

Services for Madge Bailey, 82, of Longview will be 2 p.m. Monday at the Rader 
Funeral Home with Dr. Laney Johnson officiating.

Burial will be in Grace Hill cemetery.

Mrs. Bailey died Friday morning in a local hospital.

Born Dec. 30, 1901, she was a resident of Longview for 54 years, coming from 
Atlanta. She was a member of the Mobberly Avenue Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, joe Bailey of Longview; two sons, E. L. Bryant 
and William H. Bryant both of Longview; four daughters, Reba Sweeney and Margie 
Russell both of Longview, Don Summers of Cameron, S.C. and Lillian Savage of 
Huntington Beach, Calif; a brother, Woodrow Eason of Vivian, La; four sisters, 
Mrs. Bob Geldand Sr, of Longview, Mrs. Earlee Brown of Vivian, La, Mrs. Edward 
Burnell of Woodville, Texas, and Mrs. tom Menchew of Spring Hill, La; 15 
grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors at the funeral home 6-8 p.m. today.
