Ira Leonard Bowen 
 
Services for Ira Leonard Bowen, 79, of Longview will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at 
Rader Funeral Home with Dr. Laney Johnson officiating. 

Burial will be in Grace Hill Cemetery. 

Mr. Bowen died Monday afternoon in a local hospital.
 
He was a lifetime resident of the Longview area. Mr. Bowen was a retired 
engineer for the Missouri Pacific Railroad and was a member of Mobberly Baptist 
Church and the Longview Masonic Lodge No. 444. 

Survivors include his wife, Bessie; sister, Adeene Sharp of Longview; two 
grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three nephews; and one niece.
