Bowens, Ebbie Dennis "Bub"   

GLADEWATER -- Services for Ebbie Dennis "Bub" Bowens, 80, of Longview, 
formerly of Gilmer, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, August 12, 2006, at East 
Cotton Street Church of Christ, with Brother Larry Lee and Brother Eddie 
Robinson officiating. Burial will follow in Houston Cemetery of Gilmer. 
Arrangements are by Dearion & Davis Funeral Parlor. Mr. Bowens was born 
May 5, 1926, in Gilmer, and he died August 2, 2006, in Longview. 
Survivors include his wife, Lola Bowens; daughter, Loyce Bowens; son, 
Emmanuel Bowens; and sister, Bessie Robertson. Visitation will be 
noon-7 p.m. Friday, August 11, 2006, at the funeral parlor.
