Britton, Bertha Kay 

KILGORE  Services for Bertha Kay Britton, of Kilgore, will be 11 a.m. today, 
January 28, 2006, at Harmony Pirtle Baptist Church, with the Rev. Carlos 
Whitaker officiating. Burial will follow in Pirtle Cemetery. Arrangements 
are by Cunningham Funeral Home. Ms. Britton died January 20, 2006, in 
Garland. Born April 1, 1919, in Rusk County, she attended Star Bailey 
schools and was a member of Harmony Pirtle Baptist Church, where she served 
as an usher. Survivors include her son, Willie Britton; and sister, Rosetta 
Brown.
