Services for Kevin Scott Bruce, 23, of Hallsville will be noon Monday at Welch 
Funeral Home with the Revs. Leonard Tyler and Bruce Harper officiating.

Burial will be in Grace Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Bruce died Thursday in a Longview hospital. He was an employee of the city 
of Longview's Environmental Health Department.

Survivors include his wife, Delaine; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dewayne Bruce of 
Hallsville; brothers, Steve of Longview and Kirk of Hallsville; and 
grandparents Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Buster Deutsch of Longview.
