Bode, Robert Glenn

Services for Robert Glenn Bode, 81, of Longview, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, October 25, 
2007, at Memory Park Mausoleum, with Brother Steve Ramsey officiating, and with flag 
presentation by Ben Bode of Troop 555 BSA. Arrangements are by East Texas Funeral Home. 
Mr. Bode died October 21, 2007, at a local hospital.

Born June 17, 1926, in Merkel, he was a U.S. Army veteran, having served during World 
War II, retired from Stemco and a pilot and motorcycle enthusiast. Survivors include his 
wife, Joyce Bode; sons, Clifford Bode, Jack Bode and Mark Bode; and sister, Imogene 
Williams. Visitation will be Thursday, prior to services, at the mausoleum.
