Pearl Catron ( Duke )

Services for Pearl Catron (Duke), 79, of Longview, are set for 12 noon Monday 
in the Rader Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Homer Vogel officiating.

Burial will be in Grace Hill Cemetery. She died Saturday in a Longview nursing 
home.

She had lived in Longview since 1931, coming here from Tennessee. She was a 
native of Pal Mall, Tenn. she was a housewife, and a member of the Baptist 
church.

Survivors include companion Walter Duke of Longview, three daughters, Betty 
Moody and Suvella Moore, both of Longview, and Eula Johnston of Kilgore; son, 
Sam Buster Catron of Lake O' the pines; sister Nellie Hancock of Monticello, 
Ky; three brothers, Lindsey Hoover, Allen Hoover and Stanley Hoover, all of 
Monticello, Ky.; 15 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home 4 - 6 p.m. Sunday.
