Mrs. Rodney Charles 

Funeral services for Mrs Rodney Charles, 19, whose death occured Wednesday 
afternoon were held from the home of Mr and Mrs J. C. Pope on Marshall 
avenue this afternoon at 3 o'clock, conducted by the Rev. w. R. Swain, 
pastor of Kelly Memorial Methodist church. Burial was in Grace Hill cemetery. 
The funeral was attended by a large number of sorrowing friends and there was 
many beautiful floral tributes. 

The deceased is survived by her husband and baby daughter, four days old, 
Bettie Marie, Mrs Kelly of DeQuincy, La., sister of the deceased was at her 
bedside when death came.
