Cline, Marshall Wayne Marshall Wayne Cline, former White Oak mayor, died Wednesday, May 10, 2006, at a Longview hospital. He was born in Covington, Oklahoma, on April 21, 1921, to James and Mary Cline. Marshall proudly served his country in the United States Army during World War II and fought in the Battle of the Bulge. In addition to his mayoral duties, he also served on the city council and was a member of the Lions Club. Marshall retired from Arco following many years of faithful service. Survivors include his daughters, Sue Mendoza and Marsha Lee Hamilton and husband, Ronnie; granddaughters; Sondra Lockhart and Rhonda Wooddell and husband, Anthony; grandson, William Hamilton and wife, Kim; great-grandchildren, Michael, Michaela, and Marshall Wooddell, and Erin, Kaila, and Madison Hamilton. His wife, Nathalee Cline, preceded him in death in 1998. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Friday evening, May 12, 2006, at Lakeview Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 13, 2006, in the chapel of Lakeview Funeral Home. Mervin Scott, Richard Prather, and C. Bill Voss will officiate.
