R. C. (Dick) Conner

Services for R. C. ( Dick ) Conner, 60, of Longview will be 10 a.m. 
Thursday at Rader Funeral Home with the Revs. Kenneth Mills and Wesley 
Hunt officiating.

Burial will be in Grace Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Conner died at home Tuesday morning following a lengthy illness.

Born March 30, 1923, in Oklahoma, Mr. Conner moved to Longview about 
20 years ago. He was a retired salesman for Sears and a Baptist.

Survivors include his wife, Verdie; daughter, Lisa Ann of Longview; 
brothers, Theodore of Winfield, Kan., Bill of Oiltown, Okla., Walter 
of Blue Springs, Mo., and Earl of Tulsa, Okla.; sisters, Mrs. Faye 
Killingsworth of Nowata, Okla., and Mrs. May McWilliams and Violet 
Popplewell, both of Cleveland, Okla.; three grandchildren; and a 
number of nieces and nephews.

The family requests that any memorials be made to the American Lung 
Association or pulmonary rehabilitation program at Good Shepherd 
Medical Center.
