Crocker, Dorothy Aline Graveside services for Dorothy Aline Crocker, 90, of Longview, will be 2 p.m. Saturday, July 29, 2006, at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, with the Reverend Dewayne Beaty and grandson, Kasey Buckner, officiating. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mrs. Crocker died Wednesday evening, July 26, 2006, at a local hospital. A native of Howe, she was born August 27, 1915. For many years, she was owner and operator of Dorothy's Beauty Shop, and she was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Maurice Crocker; parents, R.R. and Lela May Higginbotham; brothers, Jack Benton Higginbotham and Billy Robert Higginbotham; and sisters, Kathleen Lowry and husband, Bob, and Frankie Lee Collins and husband, Clark. One of God's rarest treasures, Dorothy is survived by a son, Kenneth Crocker and wife, Bobbie, of Longview; daughters, Billie McGuire and husband, Larry, of Grapevine, Jackie McCarthy of Fort Worth, and Anna Lohmann and husband, Geoffrey, of Garland; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; nephews, Buddy and Doug Lowry; and nieces, Carol Guessner and Debbie Barrett.
