Cain, Andrew Andrew Cain, 84, of Liberty City, died Sunday, April 22, 2007, at his residence. He was born October 23, 1922, in Tonkawa, Oklahoma, to Charles and Mamie Cain. Andrew was a teacher by profession and was an active member of McCary's Chapel in Liberty City. He was the scout master of troop No. 259 in Liberty City and was a member of the Liberty City Lions Club. Andrew proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1943-1945. He was preceded in death by his sister, Maxine Pollard; and brothers, Harvey and Manford Cain. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Ruth Cain; daughters, Julie and Candace Cain and Debra Burnette; sons, Huey and Charles Cain; sisters, Maudine Clark and Lorine Calkin; 10 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. this evening, April 24, 2007, at Lakeview Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2007, at McCary's Chapel in Liberty City. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum at Lakeview Memorial Garden.
