Case, Myrtle Lee Myrtle Lee Case, 87, died Sunday, November 26, 2006, at a Mesquite care center. She was born October 25, 1919, in Snyder, to James and Katy Green. Myrtle was a member of Wesley Methodist Church of Longview. She was an avid seamstress of everything from baby clothes to wedding gowns for her children. She loved making Christmas cookies for her grandchildren and was a member of the Pink Lady with more than 200 hours with Good Shepherd Medical Center. Myrtle loved to travel. She enjoyed camping, nature, the outdoors, and all of God's beauty. She was very involved in her church was active in fund-raising activities for the Asbury House. Myrtle was preceded in death by her first husband, I.W. Wiseman; second husband, William Case; and her sister, Juana McCleskey. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Linda Bingham and husband, Kenneth of Garland, and Sue Wood and husband, Bill of Houston; grandchildren, Deborah Preston, Denise Morris, Grant Bingham, Rebecca Frazier, and Amy Garza; seven great-grandchildren; brother, James A. Green Jr.; and sister, Juanita Outlaw. Graveside services will be conducted 3 p.m. Wednesday, November 29, 2006, at Lakeview Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's Foundation America, 322 Eighth Ave., Sixth Floor, New York, N.Y. 10001. Friends may sign the register and pay their respects at 2 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, November 28, 2006, at Lakeview Funeral Home. There is no scheduled visitation.
