Childers, Baby Jo Krisell "JoJo" 
  	
STUTTGART, Ark. -- Baby Jo "JoJo" Krisell Childers, of 
Longview, formerly of Humphrey, Ark., passed away Monday, 
February 19, 2007, after an extended illness with leukemia. 
She was born January 3, 1937, to Wilbourn and Lavern 
Krisell of Humphrey. Baby Jo was preceded in death by her 
father, Wilbourn Krisell, who died in November 1957. She 
was also preceded in death by her mother, Lavern Woodward 
Krisell, who passed away in April 2006. Baby Jo is survived 
by three sisters, Beth Faver of Altheimer, Ark., Agnes 
Gibbs of Stuttgart, Ark. and Ruth Chandler of Cabot, Ark. 
She has one brother, Eddie Krisell of Stuttgart, Ark. JoJo 
became the beloved wife of Carroll F. "Frank" Childers at 
1:27 p.m. on April 27, 1957. JoJo has one daughter, Amber 
Childers Nantz, of Longview, Texas. JoJo also leaves behind 
two loving Labrador companions, Buddy and Honey, and one 
Farm Cat. JoJo graduated from Humphrey High School as 
valedictorian of her class. She also graduated from the 
University of Arkansas at Monticello with honors. She was 
a member of Humphrey Baptist Church and the Eastern Star, 
Eureka Chapter 374. JoJo retired from Wal-Mart in Longview 
after 22 years of service. JoJo will be deeply missed by her 
loving family and many friends. Her kindness to others and 
charitable contributions have made a difference to many and 
has made the world a much better place. Graveside services 
will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, February 22, 2007, at Lone Tree 
Cemetery, by Turpin Funeral Home of Stuttgart, Ark. There 
will be a memorial service in Longview as soon as 
arrangements are made. Memorial contributions may be made in 
JoJo's honor to St. Jude's Cancer Research Center, 501 St. 
Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105; your local Society for 
Prevention of Cruelty to Animals; or the charity of your 
choice. Family and friends will gather after 6 p.m. today, 
February 21, 2007, at the home of Agnes and James Gibbs at 
1003 W. 14th St., in Stuttgart, Ark.

Memorial services for Baby Jo "JoJo" Childers will be at 1 p.m. 
Saturday, March 3, 2007, at County Line Church, two miles west 
from Hwy. 259 on FM 557 (Pittsburg Hwy.).
