Daniels, David 


DALLAS -- David Daniels, 94, was born June 19, 1912, in Longview, to Martin 
and Mattie Daniels. Mr. Daniels departed this life on September 15, 2006. 
Services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, September 21, 2006, at Harmony 
Baptist Church in Sherman. Mr. Daniels leaves to cherish his lifelong memories: 
one son, David S. Daniels of Plano; one daughter, Mattie Darline Newton of 
Gig Harbor, Washington; three sisters, Charlene G. Carter of Overton, Iona 
Power of Houston, and Lettie B. Conway of Longview; one brother, Tyree Daniels 
of Longview; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
