Duncan, Lottie Noel Jowell

Graveside services for Lottie Noel Jowell Duncan, 95, of Longview, 
formerly of Baytown, will be 2 p.m. Thursday, October 12, 2006, at 
Cedar Crest Cemetery in Baytown, with Sam Moreton officiating. 
Arrangements are by Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mrs. Duncan 
died October 10, 2006, in Longview. Born February 21, 1911, in 
Frankston, she was a homemaker and a member of the Greggton First 
Baptist Church. Survivors include her son, Bryan Eaton; and sister, 
Lucille J. Pope. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral
