DeWitt, Gladys Grace

Services for Gladys Grace DeWitt, 78, of Gilmer, will be 
10 a.m. Wednesday, January 17, 2007, at the Lakeview 
Mausoleum, with Pastor Ronnie Shipman officiating. Services 
are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. 
Mrs. DeWitt passed away Saturday morning, January 13, 2007, 
at a local hospital. Gladys was born May 3, 1928, in 
Weymouth, Mass., to Walter and Grace Sjostedt. She was a 
homemaker, a member of the Eastern Star No. 1090, and 
Daughters of the Nile. She was preceded in death by her 
husband of more than 50 years, Charles L. DeWitt, in 1995. 
Gladys is survived by her special friends, Steve and Donna 
Strait; and their children, Chad Strait, Jonathan Strait,
