Dugger, Harlan C.

Private memorial services for the family of Harlan C. 
Dugger, 95, of Longview, will be held at a later date. 
Cremation arrangements are by East Texas Funeral Home. 
Mr. Dugger died February 18, 2007, in Longview. Born 
January 10, 1912, in Wayne County, Tenn., he was a 
longtime co-owner of M&S Battery Co. Survivors include 
his wife, Rubye Staggs Dugger; sons, Steven Dugger and 
Ronald Dugger; and daughters, Cheryl Prazak and Joy 
Williamson.
