Drake, Russell Lee   	

WEBSTER - The Honorable Judge Russell Lee Drake, formerly of White Oak, 
passed away on December 6, 2007.

He was a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University and the University 
of Houston Law School. His public service included serving as Pasadena 
Municipal Court Judge, Harris County Civil Court Judge and Chief in the 
Harris County Attorneys Office.

The Honorable Judge Drake was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, 
Juanice Johnson Drake; his parents, Merrick and Dovie Drake; and brother, 
"Butch" Drake.

His survivors include his sons, Rusty Drake and wife, Caron, and Thomas 
Drake and wife, Joanna; daughters, Deana Massey and husband, Mike, and 
udy Steitz and husband, Bob; grandchildren, Neal Henry, Cody Drake, Davis 
Drake, Alton Drake, Sarah Beveridge, J.J. Harris and Skye Harris; sisters, 
Sue Pevey and husband, Burt, Beverly Blaine, and Carol Milam; and sister-
in-law, Lois Drake.
