Thursday October 18, 1923 Joshua Ford Died This Morning At Home In Longview Joshua Ford, 45 years of age, died this morning at 4 o'clock at the family home on Northcutt Heights. Mr Ford has been in feeble health for sometime, but was able to walk about yesterday, and was of the option that his condition was improving. He died this morning of acute indigestion. Mr Ford has lived in this city for many years, where he was held in the highest esteem. He was a T. & P. trainman, belonged to the Trainman's Order, and was also a member of the local lodge of Odd Fellows. he is survived by his widow and one son, eleven years of age and a brother, Rocky Ford of this city. Funeral for Mr Ford will be held from the family resident at 3 o'clock tomorrow afternoon with burial in Grace Hill cemetery. The service will be conducted by the Rev. O. L. Smith, pastor of the First Baptist church.
