Foskett Jr., Charles 

Charles 'Charlie' Foskett Jr., died April 28, 2006, at his residence. Cremation 
arrangements are by East Texas Funeral Home. No formal service is planned. Born 
May 14, 1930, in Winfield, Kan., he was retired from commercial construction, 
enjoyed watching sports, especially football and hockey, and was a Methodist. 
Survivors include his wife, Lola Foskett; son, Alan Foskett; daughter, Anita 
Foskett; and sisters, Rose Neal and Katy Brooks.
