Fawvor, Jewell Pauline Harrison "Polly" Mass of Christian burial for Jewell Pauline "Polly" Harrison Fawvor will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 7, 2007, at St. Matthew's Catholic Church with the Rev. Monsignor Xavier Pappu officiating. Burial will follow in Gum Springs Cemetery on Gum Springs Road under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. A rosary will be said at 6 p.m. today, August 6, 2007, at the chapel of Rader Funeral Home with the Rev. Monsignor Xavier Pappu officiating. Polly was born September 8, 1932, in Lebanon, Missouri, and passed away Sunday, August 5, 2007, at home in Longview. Polly worked as an office assistant for a local dentist, Dr. Tom B. Francis, until his retirement, and then worked for Billy B. Westbrook, DPM for a number of years. She then "retired" and opened Polly's, an antique and collectibles shop in Jefferson, Texas, which she sold in the early 1990s. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Galen E. Harrison; her parents, Bertha and Virgil Gage of Lebanon, Mo.; and her brother, Don Gage of Kansas City, Mo. She is survived by her devoted husband, William B. Fawvor Jr.; her only daughter and son- in-law, Paula and Robert Gillman of Dallas; grandchildren, Ben, Greg and Megan; sister, Ethel Archer; and brothers, Paul and Dale Gage; as well as nieces and nephews.
