SMITH COUNTY - FRIENDSHIP CEMETERY


Services for William Graves "Bill" Fincher, 74, of Gladewater, will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 8, 2008, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gladewater, with Bro. Johnny Williams and David Fincher officiating. 

Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery. Mr. Fincher died July 3, 2008, at his residence.

Born December 6, 1938, in Tyler, he served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict, was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, a machinist and a Baptist. 

Survivors include his wife, Letha Faye Fincher; sons, David and Dean Fincher; daughters, Annette Fincher and Elaine Elam; and brother, Lindy Fincher. 

Note:  Obit has 1938 for birth year.  Military tombstone has 1933 for birth year.
