Mrs M.F. Gordon Dead At Home of Her Son Here

Mrs M. F. Gordon, 74 years old, died at the home of her son, C. F. 
Gordon, on East Cotton street Tuesday night and funeral was held 
today at 3:30 o'clock p. m. with burial in Grace Hill cemetery.

Mrs Gordon is survived by three children, C.F.Gordon, a well known 
building contractor of Longview; D. H. Gordon of Waxahachie and Mrs. 
H.N. Scott of Commerce, Texas. She was a member of the Methodist 
church and through her residence here for a number of years, became 
a highly esteemd (sic) citizen of Longview, whose death wil be deeply 
regretted.
