Griffith, Jacob Norman 

Services for Jacob Norman Griffith, 58, of Winona, will be 1 p.m. Saturday, April 
22, 2006, at Corinth Missionary Baptist Church, 2774 CR 236, Winona, with the Rev. 
R.L. Davis, the Rev. Otto Nichols, and Brother Don Crawford officiating. Burial 
will be in Kilgore Memorial Garden of Kilgore. Arrangements are by Jenkins--Garmon 
Funeral Home. Mr. Griffith died April 18, 2006, in Tyler. Born January 17, 1948, in 
Cherokee County, he was a member of Corinth Baptist Church, where he served as deacon 
and usher. Survivors include his wife, Othorene Griffith; daughter, Shwanda Denise 
Gossett; son, Marcus D. Griffith; mother, Mildred Faye Griffith; and sister, Sherrie 
McDonald. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
