Garrett, Vicki Sharon Hodges   	 

Vicki Garrett was born November 19, 1949, in Corsicana, Texas, to Frank 
and Wanda Hodges. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, 
June 2, 2007, following a long battle with her health.

Friends and family will remember Vicki as a kind and loving person who 
never met a stranger. She worked as a unit clerk at Good Shepherd Medical 
Center in Longview for seven years.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, James "Jim" Garrett of 
Ore City; son and daughter-in-law, John "Kevin" and Jennifer Ellis of Ore 
City; stepson and daughter-in-law, Shawn and Mary Garrett of Cypress; 
stepdaughter and son-in-law, Erica and John Snodgrass of Lubbock; 
grandsons, Daniel and Sean Stark of Ore City and Matthew Garrett of 
Cypress; granddaughters, Rebecca Garrett of Cypress and Bridget Snodgrass 
of Lubbock; her loving parents, Frank and Wanda Hodges of Lubbock; 
sisters-in-law, Sue and Jerry Hunter of Chandler and Ann and Yale Swatzell 
of Gilmer; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Lana and Randy Kimbrell of 
Lubbock, Lanette and Ronny Fortner of Lubbock and Connie and John Claborn 
of Lubbock; brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Katrina Hodges of Lubbock; 
numerous nieces and nephews; as well as several special friends.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 8, 2007, at the chapel of 
Lakeview Funeral Home. Sam Martin will officiate. Burial will be in 
Lakeview Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. this evening, June 7, 2007, 
at Lakeview Funeral Home in Longview.
