Graves, Oticia Kenney   	 

KILGORE - Oticia Kenney Graves was born March 30, 1975, in Overton. She was 
a 1993 graduate of Kilgore High School and 1998 graduate of Kilgore Junior 
College, where she received her associate of science degree. In 2000, she 
graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with a bachelor of science 
degree. She was employed with Arbor E&T of Longview as a childcare case 
specialist.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Henrietta Kenney.

She is survived by her husband of 10 years, Mark Graves of Kilgore; father, 
Freddie Kenney of Kilgore; one sister, Tonya Kenney of Missouri City; one 
brother, Christopher Kenney of Flower Mound; grandfather, Choice Kenney of 
Kilgore; and a host of other relatives.

Services for Oticia Kenney Graves will be at noon Saturday, June 30, 2007, 
at Faith Tabernacle of God in Christ, with Pastor T.A. Kenney officiating. 
Burial will follow in Kilgore Memorial Garden. Arrangements are by Cunningham 
Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday evening, June 29, 2007, 
at the church.
