Hearrell, Corrie 

GLADEWATER -- Services for Corrie Collier Hearrell, 95, of Gladewater, will be 10 a.m. 
Tuesday, April 4, 2006, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gladewater, with the Rev. 
Welton Jones officiating. Burial will be at 4 p.m. in Oak Hill Cemetery in Cameron. Mrs. 
Hearell died April 1, 2006, at a Gladewater nursing facility. Born October 26, 1910, in 
"The New Mexico Territory," she was a descendant of some of the earliest settlers in 
Texas, then Mexico, in Robertson Colony near Waco. She belonged to the Cherokee Trace 
Chapter of The Daughters of the American Revolution and was a member of Gladewater First 
United Methodist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Nancy Hearrell Nelson; and son, 
Jack Hearrell II. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. today, April 3, 2006, at the funeral home.
