John Bodie Hoffmann

Services for John Bodie Hoffmann, 70, of Longview will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Trinity 
Episcopal Church with the Rev. Michael Macey officiating.

Burial will be in Grace Hill Cemetery under direction of Rader Funeral Home.

Mr. Hoffmann died Sunday in a Longview hospital
. 
A Longview native and a retired engineer for the state highway department, Mr. Hoffmann 
was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church.

He served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II and had been a prisoner of war.

Survivors include his wife, Betty of Longview; daughter and son-in -law, Angela and Glen 
Glover of Longview; son and duaghter-in-law, Anthony and Cindy Hoffmann of Dallas; sister 
and brother-in-law, Jo Ann and Jesse Metcallf of Longview; brother and sister-in-law, Bill 
and Pat Hoffmann of Kingwood; two grandchildren, Lindsay and Graham Glover, Both of Longview; 
and several nieces and nephews.
