Services for James Earl Horton, 67, of Karnack will be 2 p.m. Friday at Rader 
Funeral Home in Longview with the Rev. Joe Henderson officiating.

Burial will be in Grace Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Horton died Wednesday morning in a local hospital.

He was a native of Longview and had lived in Karnack for three years. Mr. Horton 
was a retired Baptist minister.

Survivors include his wife, Eula; son, Joe of Longview; daughter, May Sipes of 
Longview; sisters, Jewel Elliott of Gladewater and Ann Boyd of New Caney; five 
grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
