Horn, James A.

KILGORE - Services for James A. Horn, 20, of Gladewater, will be at 10 a.m. Friday, July 27, 
2007, at the Still Waters Worship Center, with Pastor Eddie Scott officiating. Burial will 
follow in Kilgore Memorial Gardens.

James died Tuesday, July 24, 2007, as the result of an automobile accident.

He was born March 7, 1987, in Kilgore. James attended Kilgore public schools and was a 2005 
graduate of Big Sandy High School, where he played on the football team. James worked for 
several oil field companies in East Texas. He was employed by TESCO of Kilgore at the time of 
his death. James was a member of the Still Waters Worship Center. He enjoyed spending time 
with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Charles A. "Chappy" Horn.

James is survived by his parents, Kelvin "Frog" and Michelle Horn of Gladewater; two brothers, 
Jeremy Horn of Gladewater, and Jaidon Parrish of Gilmer; two sisters, Jessica White of 
Gladewater, and Mikayla White of Gladewater; grandparents, Ronda and Escar Odom of Kilgore, 
Don and Mary Whitlock of Gladewater, and Norma and Henry Stevens of Gilmer, and their daughter, 
Rhonda Fowler of Longview; three aunts, Jennifer Weeks and her husband, Tye of Liberty City, 
Donna Washburn and her husband, Tim of Liberty City, and Vickie Martinez and her husband, 
Eusebio of Ore City; four uncles, Doug Odom and his wife, Teresa of Kilgore, Ronnie Whitlock 
and his wife, Tonya of Carthage, Allan Whitlock and his wife, PongAe of Yuma, Arizona, and Bo 
Barrow and his wife, Shelley of Liberty City; and many cousins.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. this evening, July 26, 2007, at Rader Funeral 
Home of Kilgore.
