Jackson, Billy Wayne Services for Billy Wayne Jackson, 67, of Longview, will be at 10 am. Thursday, October 18, 2007, at the Rader Funeral Home Chapel, 1617 Judson Road, with Pastor Albert Murdock and Pastor Jim Crump officiating. Burial, with military honors, will follow in Grace Hill Cemetery. Mr. Jackson died Monday afternoon, October 15, 2007, at a local hospital. He was born May 11, 1940, in O'Donnel, to Earl and Mary Cryer Jackson. A resident of Longview for most of his life, Billy Wayne was a retired clerk for the United States Postal Service. He served his country as a United States Marine and was a member of the United States Marine Corps League, a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Scottish Rite. Billy Wayne was a member of the Judson First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Jackson; and brother, Jim Jackson. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Charlie Jackson; daughter and son-in-law, Lynn and David Warren; son, Jeffrey Jackson; daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Sam Collier; grandchildren, Micah Fisher, Jacob Adkins, Joshua Jackson, Megan, Hannah and Kelsey Collier; three great-grandchildren; mother, Wilma Jackson; brothers and sisters, Dessie McLane, Butch Jackson, Barbara Roop, Glenn Jackson, Debbie Morales and Anna Templin; and aunts, Martha Richardson and Nellie Jackson. Pallbearers will be Mike Goodman, Tommy Hill, Bob Taylor, Sonny Roop, Delbert Richardson and Ray Jackson. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. this evening, October 17, 2007, at Rader Funeral Home. A memorial guestbook may be signed at www.raderfh.com.
